Setting Up ECO Stars

Barnsley Metropolitan Council is the lead authority and responsible for the direction and development of ECO Stars. The scheme is governed by a Steering Group made up of local authorities. The group meets twice a year to review progress and plan future activities, including promoting the scheme to other UK local authorities.
